Customer and Sales Support

We currently seeking an extremely organised individual with excellent administration and communication skills to join our Customer Support team.

Working as part of a small team in busy fast paced environment you will be required to work closely with both Sales and Technical teams, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Main Duties involve:

- Liaising with Customers and Suppliers.

- Preparing sales quotations and placing orders.

- Assisting Accounts with general Accounts tasks.

- Answering incoming calls.

- Working closely with both Sales and Technical Teams.

- General administration.

In addition, you should have the following attributes:

- High level of Customer Service skills.

- Excellent Telephone Manner.

- Excellent Administration skills.

- Ability to use initiative.

- Strong Background in Customer Service or similar roles.

- Competent in using Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel.

- Knowledge of SAGE Accounts an advantage.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
